As a communicator, you are the link between the company and customers, employees, and society. You translate complex energy issues into understandable information, manage the brand in a changing environment, and ensure that the right message reaches the right audience – at the right time.

With us, you will be part of a social and positive group with a strong team spirit. The communication unit is part of the marketing department, which consists of 25 employees. You will be one of five communicators and be part of a driven communication team. As a communicator with us, you will work closely with the business, so it is important that you are a social person who finds it easy to build networks. Responsibilities

As a communicator with us, you will have a developing and varied job. Your daily work will be filled with both strategic and operational tasks. You will work in a broad role that includes both internal and external communication. You will, among other things, produce texts, videos, and graphic materials for both internal and external websites as well as social media. You will also plan, execute, and follow up on various marketing activities. Leading and managing various projects is part of the job. Since we are responsible for critical infrastructures, you will also be involved in the company's crisis and communication work.

Qualifications

In the role of communicator with us, you will work broadly with communication, both internally and externally. We are looking for someone with a post-secondary education in media and communication studies or equivalent, and who has experience working with communication in a professional role.

You are a skilled writer and have the ability to adapt messages for different target groups and channels. You communicate well in text, speech, and images and have basic knowledge of Adobe's most common CS programs.

Experience in crisis communication and working with PR and press issues is an advantage.

To succeed in the role of communicator with us, we believe you have a combination of strategic thinking and a good sense of messaging and target groups. You are a driven and self-sufficient person who sees opportunities where others see challenges. You have a natural ability to build trust and collaborate with various stakeholders, both internally and externally, and can handle many projects simultaneously, prioritize correctly, and meet deadlines without losing creativity.

The position is a one-year temporary contract.
